Nintendo Switch (OLED model)

The Nintendo Switch OLED model replaces the 6.2 inch LCD screen of the original model with a brighter 7 inch OLED screen, and introduces a handful of other improvements that make the OLED model the "high-end" Switch model. These improvements include a wider kickstand with adjustable angle, allowing a lot more flexibility and stability while playing in table-top mode, new clearer audio speakers and 64GB internal memory (over the original model's 32GB internal memory).

OLED screen: 7 inch, 720p resolution LCD (210 ppi)

Power supply: Dedicated AC adapter (HAC-002) and a dedicated  battery pack (HAC-003)

Dimensions: 102mm vertically x 242mm horizontally x 13.9mm thick

Mass: Approximately 320g

Nintendo Switch (OLED ADEV model)

The ADEV console resembles the retail OLED model console for the purposes of testing directly before release. It's unknown what features this model has in comparison to the retail model, but much like the SDEV-D console, the ADEV console has 8GB of RAM.

ADEV Relay Box

The ADEV relay box is mostly similar to the SDEV cradle and EDEV relay box, except it's intended to be used with the ADEV OLED console. It lacks the two USB ports that are on the back of the SDEV cradle, and swaps the front USB port for a microB USB port, much like the EDEV relay box. This microB USB port is required for connecting the ADEV  OLED console to a PC, as the ADEV lacks the same additional ports the SDEV console has on the back.

HDMI Cable

A standard black HDMI cable packaged with the Switch OLED model, almost identical to the black HDMI cable packaged with the Nintendo Classic Mini consoles and the Nintendo Switch, WUP-008. It's manufactured to be softer and more flexible, as the Wii U HDMI cable (packaged with the original Switch also) tended to be quite stiff and difficult to fit into tight spaces behind TV sets.

Nintendo Switch OLED Dock

This improved dock comes included with the Switch OLED model. Similar to the original dock, the Switch OLED dock allows for video output to a TV or monitor, as well as charging the main console and any attached Joy-Cons. However, this dock only has two USB ports, both on the side, with the USB port on the back being replaced by a wired LAN port, a highly requested feature from fans. Aside from that, the dock is functionally the same as the original dock, and is even compatible with original Switch models, though not the Switch Lite.
