Racing series started in 1998


A series all about snowboarding over snowy mountains, racing against rivals or doing tricks to compete for the highest score. The series was produced by Shigeru Miyamoto, with a unique soundtrack composed by Kenta Nagata.

In 1080 Snowboarding, you can enjoy two-player races and a trick mode where each player competes for the highest score. The eight snowboards featured in the game are real 1999-model snowboards manufactured by Lamar Snowboards.

The second game of the series. Thanks to the extra processing power of the Nintendo GameCube, the graphics have evolved to look much more realistic. Up to four people can play at once, either on one console, or multiple consoles, using LAN connections and the GameCube Broadband Adapter.
