Animal Crossing

Social simulation franchise started in 2001

A series where players move to a village and enjoy living among the animals that live there. There's no main goal to playing; the player is free to talk to residents, shop, catch fish or insects, or redecorate their house. Unlike most conventional games, there is no clear concept of completion.
