A series that takes place in the wild west, an armadillo named Dillon must race around to protect village livestock from invading monsters called "Grocks". The player needs to prepare towers and collect resources for advantage before the Grocks start invading the village.

In addition to the mechanics of the previous game, a new type of battle has been added where you must defend a train moving along a railroad, while still defending the nearby village and its Scrogs at the same time.
