A series of animation software that emulates a notebook. As such, you can use it for writing notes, or you can draw multiple drawings and flick through them to make a short animation. The software featured limited colours, but plenty of tools, and these animations could be uploaded to the Internet for other players to watch.

Not only can you write notes using this software with the stylus, but you can create "Flipnotes"; pictures drawn on many notes, that are played back in quick succession to create a short video. Notes can be drawn in black, blue, red and white.

The popular "Flipnote Studio" software from the DSiWare service has been powered up in this sequel. You can now draw 3D notes, and the number of usable colours have been increased from 4 to 6, with the additions of green and yellow. Notes can also now be saved directly to the SD card in GIF or AVI format for easy upload to social media.
